A 90 minute hypnotherapy session, including an introduction to hypnosis, a full progressive relaxation, the therapy portion, and follow-up discussion and counselling/dissemination of the session.

A first hypnotherapy session is always 90 minutes. Follow-up sessions are 45-60 minutes.
